1.Are you manufacturer or trading company? When was your company established?
We are the manufacturer owns our trading company. The factory was established in 2007, and the trading company was established in 2014.
2.What’s your business volume in last year?
It’s approximate USD5,000,000, and it is growing up.
3.How many employees in your factory?
It’s 150-200 experienced skilled workers and 10 professional workers in QC department.
4.How about the rate between your local business with your export trade?
Last year, 70% for local, 30% for export.
Our target, 90% for export, 10% for local.
5.Where are your clients from?
Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Honduras, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, South Africa, Dominican, etc.
6.Would you offer your catalogue for our reference firstly?
Certainly yes.
7.Do you have any certificate for your products?
Yes, it’s CE, ISO13485, ISO9001, FDA, SGS.
8.Can you offer the free samples for our checking? How long time it will take?
Yes, the free samples can be offered within 3-7 days.
9.Can you print our logo on the products or packages?
Yes, OEM and customization are available for you.
10.What’s the shelf life of your products?
It’s about 3-5 years under the store condition.
11.Do you offer the delivery service or not?
Yes, we would like to introduce our forwarder to you, also it’s fine to cooperate with your forwarder if you have.
12.What’s certificate can you offer during the export and import process?
C/O, Form A, Form E, Form F, the embassy or consulate signed C/O, CI, PL, etc.
13.How about your payment term?
Normally it’s 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance will be paid 7 days before delivery.
14.What’s the MOQ for each product?
5000pcs for gowns, 100,000pcs for face mask, shoe cover and arm sleeves.Or USD2000 in total amount.
15.How do you solve quality issues if any?
Our factory have strict QC standard and pay high attention to any quality issues during the production process. We will seriously investigate the reason of the problem and figure out the best solution to avoid same future issue. Meanwhile we will make up corresponding compensation to our clients anytime anywhere.
